Hey everybody. I've lurked around a while, come and gone at different times while referencing Google, for general information. It seems a decent wealth of knowledge here and I figured it was high time I join up. Born and raised in Peterborough, moved out to Smith's Falls area and have been here for just more than 2 years now. Learning new waters has been a challenge to say the least, especially as someone who primarily targets walleye. I'm no slouch in the angling department and I try and get out at least every other weekend. Most of the time when I'm out, finesse jigging is my jam. The boat is kept out of the water and I switch up the scenery frequently. My work is hectic and noisy so I tend to gravitate to and search for the quieter lakes (preferably free from jet and water skis) as it's where I can relax, disconnect and recharge.
Fortunately I'm able to get out tomorrow, I'll set the alarm for 4am, hopefully be launching by 5:30. I'm headed to a lake on recommendations I've gleaned from here and one of my customers. Here's hoping I have something good to share.
