Has anybody used this on their trolling motor?
It's basically a blade that is epoxied onto your TM and cuts any weeds that gets stuck near the back of your motor.
I am a bit skeptical but the videos online make it seem like the greatest idea since sliced bread. There are also a lot of good reviews but it is always good to hear other peoples thoughts.

Trusted sources say it's the bomb. I have 2 on order from Fishntec. There was a similar products years ago called the grass shark which worked well so I'm certain this new product will be great.

Thanks for the info Paul. For the price of them, they seem to almost be worth the risk.
The videos online show it going through stuff that I would never have imagined but that could also just be marketing.
I think at least one member on here has one, I am just hoping he chimes in...

I'm really interested in this. I have been looking at these and think it would be worth the small price tag....especially in the junk I like to fish. Where can you buy them? Ed, does paddletales carry these?

The concept works great. I've been epoxying a utility knife blade to my TM for 20 years.

				Now that's ingenius Lorne!
How long does your blade last?
I'm fairly certain I will try one of the Ninja Grass blades because they seem to last a few seasons at least.

I shipped some Ninja Grass Blades to Ed today. If I can answer any questions I will do my best to help you out. I would ask anyone that will be installing one to view a video about mixing the epoxy the proper way. It has to do with getting all the clear hardener out of the package. Check out my YouTube video before you install a blade.
