Video worked fine, nice fish
I guess unless you have a laptop with you, you pretty much need to bring two cameras, one for vids and one for stills .....did this vid max out your memory? and how do the batteries hold up?

Hey Skooter :!:

No it didn't max it out actually. I took the movie in 3 sections, edited most of the crap and then spliced them together. There was about 165 MB used for the original version. Also had about 15 pics on there. I have a 512MB storage capacity :!: I need another is my thinking. Battery has been fine, I just make sure it's fully charged before an outing :!:

Hey WIG ....thanks for the info....

Couple things I forgot to ask if you don't mind

What resolution were you using, mine has 640 X 480 or 320 X 240 ....one gives you double the time at a quality loss, yours was nice and clear ...just guessing you used the higher end res?

If my math is correct ...I have 256 mb mem card ...I should be able to do a vid same length & quality as yours ....with room for a couple of pics?

Also what prog. did you use for editing?

Thanks....

Hey Skooter,

You are correct in that I did use the high resolution.

The one thing I got wrong was how much memory was used, it was actually 330 of the 512 card  I missed one of the clips the first time I was checking, so it was actually double what I told you!...

I have Windows XP Professional and Windows Movie Maker is part of it!

Any more ???? feel free by all means :!:

Ah gee WIG ...build me up and then burst my bubble

No movie, ....just enough memory for a sat. morning fishing show ...or sitcom eh?

Thanks for your help, when I get some video done, I'll need your help to get it up...

Thanks
