Nice day guys. I think specs are by far the nicest looking fish we have in this country.....awesome colours.
I hear you guys about the four wheeler. I made the mistake of going to a local atv dealer with a buddy of mine and sitting on a 660 Grizzly.....Fit like glove. Its all I could think about when I walked out and back on Scugog this afternoon(skunked) with my gear falling off of my taboggan. Lotto 6/49..........just imagine. :D

Way to go RJ / jale6666

Good looking fish, :D :D I think one of the best things is, it looks like you had the lake to your selves, must be nice to fish in a place where someone dosent start drilling a hole three feet from where you are fishing, again Congrats on your first Spec RJ...and to jale6666 for making it possible :D :D

Nice report guys. Great pictures too.

Markus, there is a spot for them about 15 minutes from your house......plus as bonus some rainbows, browns, bluegill, pike and some believe the odd laker as well.

Nice specs guys, and the scenery is awesome too! I have never caught specs through the ice so if anyone is willin` to teach...I`m willin` to learn.
Trade for a trip in the boat... perhaps?

Nice looking spec's!! We made a trip out a few weeks ago out in Calabogie and hooked into a few small brookies. We showed up so late for the specs we only had about 1.5hours to fish before dark but we all ended up with one each. They are definitely beautiful fish and are mighty tasty :D

Sounds like you boys had a good time.

Jale666, I'm glad your first FH fishing encounter was with RJ, you could not ask for a better ambassador for this site, for its values, and for fishing over all.

Way to go boys.
