Has anyone gotten one yet?
This is the first year I've applied for one and not gotten it in area 65...Past few years it has been 100% and this year both my brother and I didn't receive one...

Also got mine last week i 64A. I have heard of a lot of guys not getting them this year in certain units.

quite a few of wmu 65 guys I know did not get theirs... well given it's been 100% for the past 6 or 7 years... it's seems more like 70% now...
