The Bass Anglers Association has a number of spots open for teams for this upcoming season. These spots may not last long, and we have a cap on the number of teams, so don't miss out!
Please check out our website here: http://www.bassanglersassociation.ca

This is a local bass fishing club that has a lot of fun, some good competition, but doesn't necessarily require the commitment of a larger and more expensive series. A great way to try out tournament fishing in a series!

Entry fees are $500 for the season (per team of 1 or 2) and includes:
  • 6 regular season events,
  • The Classic (everyone makes our 2-day Classic!), and
  • Big Fish pool in all events.
The schedule is as follows (every second Saturday beginning June 20th):

Saturday, June 20 ----- Mississippi Lake
Saturday, July 4 ----- Big Rideau Lake
Saturday, July 18 ----- Rideau River - Kilmarnock
Saturday, August 1 ----- Muskrat Lake
Saturday, August 15 ----- Newboro Lake
Saturday, August 29 ----- Ottawa River (East)
Saturday, September 12 Classic ----- Location TBD
Sunday, September 13 Classic ----- Location TBD

If interested, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will get back to you shortly with details, registration form, and to arrange payment to secure your spot!

Come check us out!!

The Bass Anglers Association is well organized and a great venue for anyone wanting to fish in a tournament environment.
If I wasn't in Renegade, BAA would be my choice. Great bunch of people running the show for BAA.

Hey everyone! We've still got spots left!

Things to keep in mind:
- Can't make an event? No problem - you still fish the Classic, as it's open to all BAA members!
- We have a much lower entry fee than any other series. No, our payouts aren't as big, but neither is the commitment. The club is about fun AND competition.
- Our lakes are all relatively local to Ottawa, and you don't need a huge boat to safely fish these waters. Just a few years ago, the Classic was won, wire to wire, on the Big Rideau by two guys in a smaller aluminum tiller-drive!

Again, please check us out at www.bassanglersassociation.ca and spread the word. Like our Facebook page! (type "BAA" in the search box in Facebook)

Cheers,
Eric

Yeah usually we as the exec get together in Jan and hammer it out. Then we hold a membership drive meeting in Feb/Mar.

If you want to be put on the list (waiting list), please contact us through the website (www.bassanglersassociation.ca). It's not a commitment to fish, but gets you in line for available spots we open up after determining returning membership in the early spring.

Cheers,
Eric
