good report man... me and my cousin were out on the larry today trying our luck at some carps no luck. we were using pop up boilies on a hair rig as well maybe its time for us to try a new rig haha

I found some scrap 3/8 pressure treated in a Job site dumpster, made my cut out, cut two pieces and laminated with pl, bolted on accordingly works good. I bet that cutting board material is the "cats meow" though!!!

The best launch option--if you wish to fish inside the parkway--is the Hoople Island ramp. From there you can follow the bay out toward Wales Island, and that's where you can start getting into the weed flats adjacent to the old creek bed. Parking capacity at the Hoople launch is limited.
