I don't think anyone disputes the MNR is doing there best with the resources they have yada, yada ... and I am sure we don't have any problem following them and looking them up before we go (just part of the prep which is sometimes the funnest part) ... but does different slots on different lakes in...

I'm with you RRC :D . When a reg starts discouraging people from fishing because it is too confusing, I think it is actually doing more harm then good. If the complexity of a reg discourages a casual angler from wetting a line, I think thats is when it becomes a problem. I guess its hard to measure ...

nerver bin fishin in the calabogie area and would like hit sometime. hey ccb, d'you talk your way out of it before or after they wrote you up? and how'd you know about that fine difference? emailed the MNR to see if i can get my hands on charges they can lay and the fines associated with them...for educational purposes.

no kidding wolfe, show me the logic in a fine that large for forgetting my license. I can see $25-30, like a parking ticket, but 130? show me the justice in that!? I wasn't throwin dynamite in the lake! I'd love to see the break down for other fines the MNR hands out to see a comparison, maybe i sho...
