Any section along the rideau is a good bet, especially when bass season opens. Lots of bass in the weeeeeeeeedy rideau! Gotta watch the water skiers and their wake hehe ... no but seriously, I stricly fish out of a canoe and the best places I've found are in Lanark county, bout 45min to an hour from...

Oh man, that's terrible. Well its just a fact of not knowing the water body. I got skunked a lot fishing new water and I ALWAYS want to fish new water bodies. I haven't been to the same spot yet LOL ... always checking out new lakes or rivers. You have to accept you will get skunked sometimes. Good ...
