Make sure you hit Hay Bay, on the west side of the northeast arm of the lake! Filled with sunken logs and stumps. The musky I released 2 summers ago was 51, gotta be 55 now. Have hooked into a couple of real nice largies in there as well.

Thanks for all of the input guys. Mike, I pay about 80-120 for a boat rental for a day, but usually split with a buddy. Where is your boat located? I think I will buy a trolling motor in the next month or so. But then I will have to cross motor noise off of my list of excuses when I get skunked :)

Tiger musky are sterile. This fish cannot be a cross between a tiger musky and pike. Must be a typo. Tigers are a cross between a musky and a pike, and that is where it ends, because they can reproduce no further.

Would love to catch one.

Trolling Motor Info...

Hi all, I am new to the board, but have been reading occasionally for a while. I do not own a boat, but fish often, from shore or from rentals. At the time, owning a boat is not an option. Most rentals have an old noisy motor, and almost always lack a trolling motor. I would like to purchase a troll...
