1. Idiots at the boat ramp. (Don't know what they are doing and take forever as they hog the ramp like they are the only ones on earth.) you can use an older sonar unit with GPS to track your location.. I use various lowrance units (elite series mostly) and have old navionics cards that i rotate through to check what has the best maps/charts for the spot i'm in.

I take it you are using navionics app with your phone?

I only replaced my x67 this year. it's still working and is a great unit only i wanted something with GPS.

if you want simple, just stay with the x67. it's awesome :)

Good report! the lake is good until it gets later in the season and turns into a huge weed bed. no pike? usually you can't keep em off.

my understanding is that technically the launch is public, but the property on both sides of the road is private, and so, you pay for "parking". 5 bucks i always felt was reasonable. I do not make a big deal about this as I would prefer to stay on the fella's good side that lives there and...
