I took a lage plastic barrel cut it in half put short legs, a plywood seat and runners on it. Holds all my ice fishing gear and auger. I have used this for years looks stupid but it stops the wind!

Frankford
Glen ross to Frankford is an overlooked body of water it has everything including Muskies. Just takes some time very very weedy!! Oak lake has some bass and pike small and not much public access. PM me if you want to know some specifics.

What kind of sounder is it for someone may have a spare from a dead unit they will part with. Try JB- weld ( its for plastic available at Canadian tire)

That is what i use on my flasher and it runs it all day no problem if you let the voltage get too low (11.5) is as low as i would go, you can burn out resistors in your unit, happened to me once, bad connection in the plug. Made my own with a 1-1/4" lock washer and three pieces of light chain 12" long welded to it. Since making it I have not lost any lures and have brought up several other lures and four boat anchors with rope on them. One had a 10" believer and a bucher depth raider caught on the rope.

Biggest Musky
My biggest last year was 51" on Moira lake with a black orange homemade spinnerbait. My personal best is 52 1/2" followed closely by my wife's 52" which was caught from a canoe with about six inches of line out. A strike and fight we will both never forget!

My vote goes to YO-ZURI use the 20lbs. smoke. It reduces cut-offs by pike and increases strikes by walleye and smallies in clear water.
