8) 8) It's also to your advantage to clear the paint from the line tie cause rough edges or grooves in the paint can impact the durability of the line and life of the knot. I forgot to mention that other types of rubber will work on those big jigs ie; craws, tubes and shads. Experiment and have fun!...

Hey Scott, the photo shows the jig 'rigged' tail down but look at the line tie and the hook. The hook(itself) and tail of the grub should be opposite from each other. hope this makes sense

Kanata, i have a couple of tips for you that have not been mentioned. try pulling the grub off of the jig and inserting it 'tail down'(more resistance on the fall) instead of the photos shown and be sure that the hook and the shank are right on the seam so the lure will run true. As for the effectiv...

Bacon, again, you're going off 'half cooked'.

McQ, in other-words you could be arrested for 'smiling' with intent to laugh or 'walking' with intent to run :?:

I would've thought the PQ would've accepted conservation-minded anglers with open arms.

PUHLEEZE!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply Buzzer, I did a little more research on the lake(and i'm glad i did!) There is a catch and possession limit of 2 Walleye per day(1 with a conservation licence) and of-course a slot size. The fish must be larger than 50cm or 19.7 inches. I guess the Walleye population was taking ...

The only thing that is clear on this issue is that, the MNR has found themselves in a position of 'the right hand does'nt know what the left hand is doing. Also it is evident that individuals such as TM and Michael B are quick to tell us about the rules/laws although they are not ministry officials ...
