I think you can used your Qc license if you enter the river from the Quebec side. But first make sure it is safe to cross to the Ont. side. But checking with the MNR would be the wise thing to do.

I decide to winterized my 2000 40 hp Honda myself this year and went to GG Lalonde or Orleans Boats and they sold me Valvoline 10w30 oil and said that was the best oil.
