You're the man Paya!!!

Thank You "Paya"! I am definetly leaving this Forum, there is no point of helping other people and not being helped when needed. I hope you'll all have a good time out there and catch a lot of fish. Keep in mind that being a human and help other people is much more valuable than being sel...

MNR stocked most of these lakes twice a year, last time they stocked was at end of March this year, through the ice.

No luck!

I was at Calabogie for some trout this Friday and I didn't get any bite. It was my worst fishing day ever....gorgeous day though! Visited at least six trout lakes around with no even one hit. I've used worms, trout paste, preserved grasshoopers, salmon eggs....tried different techniques...nope...not...

At this time of the year, no way....stay away from ice.
As I said you won't be waiting much longer, maybe a week or two depends on the weather temperatures.

Back roads aren't snow-free yet but it is getting better. Next weekend may look better but my advise is to wait at least 2 more weeks. Guys, hang in ...

Thanks for fast reply! TroutnMuskieHunter, Actually, I am planing to raise my own minnows, and before I start this "project" I wanted to know if it's okay to use these as a live bait in open freshwater. Petshop stores are calling these "Rosy Reds". Some people are using 'em as a ...
