I have a pair of Rapala Polarized sunglasses. They definately do make a differfence, especially on those sunny days, cuts through the glare and you can see structure, and fish. Not just this, but nothing is worse than having to spend a day wincing from the glare coming off the water, makes for an un...

If I remember correctly, that is the stretch where the UFO crashed last July. There is a reason that there are no detailed maps of that area!! Did they ever identify the object that was in about 30feet of water? Craig I have some friends in the military. A little bird told them, that was not a UFO....

Awesome, I was in La Baron last week. I saw worms on sale, I contemplated it and, decided no. Seeing as I caught nothing on my minnows. I am going to try worms next time I am out.

Worms as bait?

I was just wondering, how many people use worms for ice fishing? I bet that using worms is one way to easily fill ones quota for delicious panfish. How about predatory fish like Walleye, Pike and Trout? I think, that a walleye or pike that have had there fill on Shad, ciscoe and other baitfish, depe...

Than again This morning, from about 6am to 12:30pm. In all of that time, I caught a few perch. Nothing on the tip-ups. Ho...

However, I saw the Blue Fox jigging minnow on sale for 5 bucks. And there was one in the majic colour, so I pic...

Yeah, I definately cannot wait untill I hit up Quinte again. Even though i did not catch a walleye, I learned so much about fishing for this species on hard water. And you know what thay say, experience is worth its weight in gold!!
