Deepest you've found Bass

I've caught smallmouth in 50-55 and the odd largemouth in 35-40 fow while jigging minnows, curly tail grubs and gulp minnows for walleye right on the bottom. They seemed to be relating to rocks.

1) 137 jigs in the jar.
2) Fin-Tech jigs are soooo much better than the junk I use.

The prop is aluminum and the hit was hard enough to put about a 1/2 inch notch on each prop blade but there was no chipping or scratches on the gear case itself. This happened late at night so I couldn's see if there was a slick behind me. I noticed the oil amount was shy a few days after when I wen...

Can Lower Unit Reseal Itself After a Hit?

I was out muskie fishing last Nov. when I hit a rock on the way into the launch (actually hit it twice as I tried to get out of the area) and dinged my prop :x . When I went to change the lower unit oil I noticed that there was oil on the inside of the prop and prop shaft area. I figure I lo...

My all time favorite is a 1 1/8 oz silver minnow in silver or gold. It works well in weeds or open water and can be fished fast or slow.
WeedWalker - any size or colour for heavily weeded areas.
Suspending Rattling Rogue, blue and silver with orange belly.

I haven't heard of the new Cabela's being open yet. There's only a proposal mentioned on their web site.

Have you heard different?

I ordered other stuff without any problems but it was specifically the Yum plastics that they wouldn't ship accross the border. If you go to their site and try to order it, it will be removed from your cart after you give your Canadian address with a message about not being able to ship it to Canada...

Eating fish from the JOCK

I'm no expert but I think there's too much run off from local farms etc. for such a small river. I'm guessing concentrations would be high.

Wooly Hawgtails

Anyone know where I can get these locally?
I haven't seen these in stores lately.
I tried to order some from Cabela's but they won't ship them across the border. I called and asked but they couldn't give me a reason why. :(
