with all that snow you guys have had the last week I would wonder about ice thickness myself... Theres been A LOT of snow out yuor way and that insulates from good ice making conditions.

Still a good report Serge - you're out fishing!! What species of trout are in the lake you were fishing? Yes, it was nice to get out anyway... got a bit windy in the afternoon. we were targeting rainbows in this lake.... my guess is that the bite should improve as the week wears on... unfortunately...
