Any news on the results of the "Big Jim" tournamen

Just wondering if anyone knows. I was out east of Kingston on Sun morning and saw lots of boats ripping up the river. Will the results be posted here or is there a web page I can go to? Also, how is Big Jim doing? If he's reading this, hang in there buddy.

Later,
Billy.

I was out on the St. Lawrence near Kingston today in the afternoon. Very little wind to start and dead calm for most of the evening hours. Got 8 fish, 3 smallies, 3 walleye, 1 perch, 1 pike. 7 of the 8 came after the wind had died off including all the walleye and bass. Not sure what the wind means ...

Head south and through the narrows. Just on the other side there are two islands. Between them and on the outside of the smaller island are good spots. There is a reef that runs from the small island to the west shore leading up to a rock face. Find it and work the deep spots/edges. Regular muskie b...

While the picture itself proves little, and the claim that “he told me…” is merely hearsay, the COs would not be able to do much with the photo. That said giving the COs the photo could certainly give them a target when they are doing “random” checks. I think you should at least file a rep...

Hey guys,

When and where is the Ottawa show? I was planning on going to the Toronto show but it is still some time away. I'd love to go to both.

Thanks,
Billy Dee.

The West St. / Ontario St. ramp in Kingston is open and the dock is still there. The lake and the river are both ice free for the most part.

Mepps Black Fury. Good for all of the fish you have listed. Once the bite stopped...? Any of the lures listed by others above, they all seem to work.

Hey Karma,

Thanks for the info. I had an idea about the battery but didn't know about the difference in props. Glad you told me.

Hey,

Thanks for the info. I'm still looking and hoping for an off-season sale.

About being a student, OSAP stands for Ontario Sport-fishing Assistance Program. Just kidding. I have been saving my pennies for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time.

Trolling Motor Question

Hey there, I need a trolling motor for next year and I have been doing a little looking around and I like the Minn Kota line. I am thinking about spending a little extra for the Maxxum model and I wonder if any of you have any experience with them. Do they actually work for 5 times longer? Has anyon...

I hope all this snow will fill the lakes and rivers back up to regular levels. They were really low this fall. Couldn't even use my favourite launch after Aug. 15. It got too shallow. Other than that I hate snow.
