i too launched a baitcasting set-up into the river when i was 1st learning... got frustraited and tossed it, then regreted tossing it, so lesson learned and hopfully passed onto other fellow anglers... dont loose ur cool... birdnests are GOING to happen... its all part of learning... So with all this hot and humid weather we're supposed to get this week wat do you all think it will do to the fish?? Drive them deeper??? push them into the shallows to feed etc???

sorry to hear of ur accident... i figure the pain and swelling will go down within a week or 2, but moveability might be limited till you get surgery, just keep the wolfe pack catchin them for you... best wishes in a great fishing season and a speedy recovery

goto a pet store.... or wal-mart or something along those lines and instead of a metal basket you can use a plastic cat crate or dog crate made for small breeds then u can just tie a rope to it and tie it to u and drag it along... Annie and I used our dog's plastic crate to house a fish for a night ...
