No no, you took that wrong, I was not saying anything bad about Rollies at all. They are my dream store ahahah. When I called them, since their prices were lower then here in Canada, they quoted me at $70 US for shipping since it is such a HUGE package. I ended up buying mine from Pro Tackle. If you...

Dont order it from Rollie and Helens, its an additional $70 for shipping cus of the size.

Call up Stacy at Pro Tackle in Corbyville, he can set you up and shipping is only $15 anywhere in Ontario.

I have to agree with RJ here. The money will never be exchanged, community service should be enforced but I would be very harsh on it. Its great to see they caught him, but make it a realistic fine that they will pay, and force them to do community service within the MNR's control. Lakes, Rivers and...

Thanks guys, I will absorb this all and have a good look at the Sportsman Show. See what the shops have to say. I will definitely do my research first though. I will have a good hard look and see what will suit me best. I have a Nuvi 250 but i dont think there are map chips for Canadian Waters....am...

Hey Noon, I would say it depends on what you are fishing for and preference. For Musky I use only Power Pro. I have tried some others but Power Pro seems to hold up the best for me. It has Zero stretch so when you first use it, be cautious of your setting. Here is a neat little test to see how much ...

Best GPS for the Money????

Just want to get a feel for this. I have been thinking about getting a Handheld GPS for my small boat for a while now and they are finally coming down in price. What does everyone like/use. I dont want to spend too much but i want something with MOST canadian waters and color preferably. I see a lot...

Will do toobinator. With the Curado, i just really wish it had a clicker system somehow incorporated. The Drag system as well seems too touchy. its either too loose, or too tight, its hard to find that happy medium. I havnt tried it with Mono, only braid, it does cast a mile though. that is one posi...

Full or Low-Pro Baitcasters?

Just want to get a feel how everyone feels about their current baitcasters. I use both but I am really starting to favor Traditional Round Baitcasters. I am not very happy with my Shimano Curado which costs far too much, and I am favoring my Abu (although not nearly built as well). Whats everyones p...

I live in the GTA and make frequent stops at BPS. It is a great store if you are American, but I find they really lack a lot of Ontario specific fishing lures. Its hard to find a lot of stuff there, but you can find gems every once in a while. If you want the flash of a big shiny store then this is ...

I would have to say Musky Hunter is my fav. Although, I do however like Shaun Rickards Outdoor Adventures (Formerly Urban Outdoor Adventures). I email back and forth with Jim Saric of Musky Hunter every once in a while and I believe his show not only provides excitement but also is very informative ...

Just my opinion but I believe that the 54" Min and 36" Mins should be completely removed. There is no need to keep a fish that large, let it go, let it grow, let it pass away on its on. It will only keep the cycle going. With more people fishing for skies these days, and more being caught,...

Musky in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Then I would go for Smallies with Ultra Light gear or pike.
