The question I have to ask is......why do these guys just get to say......"noones getting in my boat today".....isn't the point of a scrutineer to keep an eye on these guys?....makes no sense to me that they are able to just say no.... My view exactly I now see why other volunteers backed...

Well I finally managed to get Big-O out to try Carp Fishing , I picked him up at 6:30 this morning and off we headed for Long Sault . We got the lines set and sat down to finish our tims when along come's the game warden,first visit I've had from them while fishing Carp was real nice to see him out....
