We were up there today. The trails are very wet, still some ice in the big puddles. The hill just before the lake is steep, you will get down but getting back up is iffy.

Black donald creek

csimpson,

Black donald creek is fished out. Spent a few weekends and caught nothing. Locals say overfishing, logging and beaver dams killed it. To bad it is a nice river.

oriole lake

brookieseeker,

Oriole lake is a nice spot, my girlfriend and I stayed there for a week. It is in behind the ski hill about 6 kms. If you dont have an atv it would be a dirty walk in. Get yourself the "BACKROAD MAPBOOK" it shows all the trails.

Good luck :)
