I had my boat at white Lake Marina for four years. I loved it there. the location was on a narrow part of the lake. The only reason I left was because we bought a trailer on another lake. Great fishing and it is a huge lake. Big enough that it never seemed busy to me.
Good luck

Does any one have any suggestions they would like to share? I know it is a very good place but it is huge. I don'...

Re: Boat Rental Near Ottawa/Kemptville
You could probably try the marinas along there. Give them a call. They have probably started to decommission their equipment for the season if they have any rentals at all.
good luck!

Wow, Nice catches . Thanks for sharing! I am having the same thoughts when I retire going somewhere to fish with my two sons. I really like the large pike. Glad you had a great trip and happy retirement!

Nice work RJ! It is like fishing on another planet. lol. I have been there a few times with success too. Once I return to my home lake though the fish seem to be small there after being at the Larry.
Tight lines and congratulations!

My cottage is pretty close to that area and I have not heard of anything like that going on. I will be out there tomorrow too.

Nice boat! I am happy to see you had a good trip to Picton. I go there once in a while too. IT is a fun place to fish and stay and it is not too far to go. I hope you have many more good trips.
Congratulations on your new ride!

Any open water panfish?
Hi folks,
Has anyone had success catching some pan fish lately on open water ? I am getting ready to head out this weekend. I am not asking where, just if they are biting?
Thanks,
tight lines!

Re: Mid March till May what to do?
I get a can or two of real worms and a few small jigs and take a drive along to some good shore spots I know of. I catch some panfish and crappys. It takes the edge off nicely. I do not frequent those spots when my boat comes out in early May. It gives me a nice bonus and mixture for fishing. Good E...

Hey Jackel, I bought the gas auger Brad is referencing off of him last year. It is sitting in my garage of you would like to come an look at the throttle.
I have not had it fired up this year yet but It worked great for me last year.
