Checked on some higher elevation back lakes last weeknd before the rain and warm weather had rolled in
and they were still a few weeks away from good ice.

I like to push it, but after this weeks temps and rain that thin snow covered ice is nothing but a death trap.

Bought every electric trolling motor I own on sale at CT and find lots of random lures not advertised on sale there. Gas augers usually come on sale the week before Christmas. I've bought 3 in the last 4 years.... as for other fishing items, I can't comment. You've bought 3 in the last 4 years!!!!!!...

That whitie was worth guys, and Craig sure has some crazy toes.

Btw Luke even guys with trucks go off the road sometimes.

Its been good fishn with ya Mike, we will hit the hard water once things slow down around the house.

Every once and a while as I search the earth for the next ultimate fish filled lake I realize just how good we have it right here in our own back yard.
I see this past summer and now this fall you have that figured out .

Every year I look forward to the October specs, the fish are sporting their nicest colors and some even small kypes. This season I was unable to get out nearly half as much as planned.
