Hello It has been a few years since I dropped a line in Cayamant. We have a shack on the lake and the fishing was quite good for the days we were on the lake. It is pretty good for a few hours of fishing but the lake is pretty shallow and not very big so you could fish it out pretty quickly. We find...

Pardon the pun but, are there many crappie fishermen here?

I am considering trying down by Petrie Island, but I have never gone crappie fishing before. I usually fish for perch, bass and catch a pike now and again. Is the method the same as for perch but using smaller tackle?
