I looked at that and it says persons under 16, i cannot figure out whether that is ALL persons, resident persons or persons accompanied by someone with a license. I don't want to get caught fishing without a license if we need one.

go to orvis green drake on Holland Avenue opening in mid August. It is the only shop in Ottawa and they will treat u well.
