Is there good fishing in Winchester?

I am new to the sports fishing scene. What are your recommended top 5 spots to buy tackle? So far I have gone to le Baron (good) and Canadian Tire

Any recommendations as to where to buy them? I have been having trouble finding a particular colour that I want to add to my collection.

Anyone have success with the new Rapala X-Rap lures? I have caught some walleye and pike on them so far.. the action is really nice from this lure.
