Hey Guys, To cast overhand, you have to have the spool facing you when it is near your head. As you throw rotate your wrist to the normal position. This works for me.

Thanks for clearafying for me. I was positive a Police Officer could lay a charge especialy if the fish is in plain site. Just curious, Have you or any of your colleges ever lay a charge under the fish and game?

So How did everyone do this weekend? I hit Green lake and nothin. Tried a few streams and still nothing, and being pickrel opener next weekend I may not hit the creeks for a while. Let me know

Slop, I do have a many of impregnated baits. I was mainly targeting the 3x strike king. I personally think it is a waist of time. I don't care about how long the fish hangs on to it, as long as I have time to set the hook!

I agree with bigjoe, Iron silk is awsome. Try it before dishing out the cah for braided. I personally use 8lbs and can still pull in logs without breakage.

Ya I may see you there. I'mgoing to try a few lakes before the ones you mentioned but if the do not produce I will try. I'm in a red Ford ranger With leer cap. tight lines

Salt on Plastics? (2004 post)

Can any explain why there is salt on plastics? It comes of on the first cast anyway, or ends up in the bottom of the bag/tackle box??
