Yeah, looks like a total rip off.

The sad thing is Extreme Angler is so new, and has such a limited audience, that the main stream will never know who had the idea first.

It's a dog eat dog world...

no pun intended k-dawg.

Good to hear fish were being released. - I was concerned because I skimmed through the many posts talking about 30+ fish being caught, and there was no mention of any released... As for "extremists" blowing stuff out of proportion... I think we all need to be a bit more "extreme"...

yeah - "Advanced Taxidermy" those are the guys I was trying to think of... And they are Local I believe! If anyone wants to use the "replicas don't look as good" argument have a look at their work... Here is a good example of a detailed bass head close up. http://www.advancedtaxi...

Just curious as to why you didn't go for replicas...? A few reasons to do a replica instead of a skin mount: - They look better and last longer. - Cost is about the same - The fish does not need to die For those of you that have doubts about the accuracy of a replica over the real thing; with todayâ...

I also like the idea of a charity draw or something to that effect. I have talked with our executive producers, and they agree that it would be a good idea to do this type of thing cross promoting Fish-Hawk.net for next season. Meantime, I should mention there is going to be a similar contest run ou...

Why isn't one of your pole options "Urban Outdoor Adventures - what the heck is that?" In all seriousness, we are still a fairly new show (barely 5 weeks since the official show and website "Launch"), and it is nice to see this much interest so fast! As for getting you guy...

The problem with irresponsible angling doesn't lie in the info, it is in the hands of the offending anglers themselves. As you say above - info is widely available these days, so there is really no stopping people from getting onto fish. The objective of the show is to promote responsible angling, c...

Thanks for the invite "FishHawk". We are very interested in going to other Urban centers next season, and Ottawa is definitely high on our list. We'll try and set something up for next season! For now, we are trying to get through post production on Season One (several episodes are still n...

Markus, I didn't start this thread, and as I said above, I only discovered it by seeing on our web tracking software that there was traffic coming to our site from fish-hawk. I was happy to see discussion about our show being initiated on its own. I was simply answering questions from your senior me...

We just noticed traffic coming from this location with our web tracking software! Thanks for the feedback – I am Steve, the producer/post supervisor for the show. To answer the question about reruns – we don’t know if they will be showing the musky show again, but we just found out they are re...
