Best Time to Fish Muskie?

:?: What is the best time of year (time of day) to fish muskie. I am thinking about getting some friends together for the first weekend of November to fish Muskie on the Rideau betweet Kemptville and Kars. I thought this might be a prime time but not sure. :? :)

I have been using those for more than thirty years but I have only used them when ice fishing for walley. They are great on a tip up using minnows for bait. Ihave never used them during the summer.

If you are planning on buying your worms Stateside you might want to check with Canada Customs first. I don't know if there are restrictions on bringing nightcrawlers into Canada but there are on minnows.

8) I'm with Yankee on this one. My favorite fish is pike and I have had a lot of converts from friends after they have tried pike. It is important to know the proper technique for cleaning them to get rid of all the Y bones. :D Mmmmm getting hungry just thinking about it!!!!!! :D :D
