Ever fished with Big-O after he's had a few hotdogs?...the gas propulsion he creates sends shockwaves across the lake!
Thanks for the warning RJ! I'll have to ensure that Big-o is trolling behind me at all times!

See ya this weekend.

Re: trailering

If you don't have a windshield boat,I would suggest some face protection. Good point roughrider  Ah...roughrider a windshield is the first thing I order on my boats...could never go back to a side console now. I just love having the top and windsheild in the fall for those cold wet runs when ...

After a lot of searching i think i've managed to uncover the identity of the Cormorant sniper
You sure that's not a hitcat hired by a relative of one of Markus' victims of the cooler of death :?:

That's true.. Adolphustown isn't too far away and has decent parking.. glenora has a good launch but has poor parking but it's not much of a run from adolphustown. I guess we'll be pulling in and out rather than making the longer runs. I'm guessing that the gap / adolphustown / glenora areas are pr...

Sorry ladies, I didn't think it was that offensive. I checked with Joanne and she actually thought it was a cool pic. Then again there's no accounting for taste eh? She is after all with me. In any case, I promise to keep all future pics fishing related (no kitty cat pictures either Markus  ) ...

Hey Markus, if I told you the Cormorant was hit by a Bass boat, would it then qualify as fishing related  :?:  Just kidding....my bad. Ransome, these birds eat copious amounts of CCB's favourite species (I'll give you one guess as to which) I'm sure he'll be informing ya' h...

Cormorants..they way they were meant to be photographed!

I was gonna post this in the wildlife shots for Wolfe post but I didn't want to incur the wrath of Wolfe as we know she likes the cute kitty cat pics   CCB, let me know if you want a framed print  This took about 2 weeks from a full bodied corpse to it's present state. Kinda nea...

My findings were that the replica's weren't the same price but actually more expensive. My replica was $375 without all the "fru fru" as Wolfe put it  and my Dad's was $350. Now you have to remember that when a mould doesn't exist, the taxidermist has to create a new one which was the...

Here's a pic of my dad's 29 inch skin mount that he paid $350 for a couple of years ago. You can see why I was disappointed when I paid more without all the nice details of his table mount. By the way, are my pics from my post just red x's now to you all? http://groups.msn.com/_Secure/0SwAQA0AWCkeo*...

Happy 2nd anniversary to Fish-hawk :!:  8) Hey FH, I have to do my employee appraisals this month, you feel like doing them for me? You have a wonderful way of delivering bad news in such a genteel way (where's the huggy emoticon?). Good thing my employees don't read this board. cheers Ken

Ken, I still want to know, did you ever find your head, or did someone mount that, too? (Am I going too far back here for anyone? I still can picture Ken headless.) W. Unfortunately, Superdad was unable to "re-attach" the other half of my head. Here's what Wolfe is referring t...
