In Newboro Lake we fished and caught in the following areas: Stouts Lower Bay, Tetts Point, in 12-15 feet of water between navigational markers S385 and S390, and areas around Emerald and Yager Islands. In Opinicon Lake we fished and caught in the following areas: Brooks Bay, Fishcamp Bay, and the C...

Re: Newboro Lake Pike Fishing

We did very well in Newboro Lake and Opinicon Lake back in mid-May. All fish were 26" to 31" inches and they were very, very fat and healthy. We even did a fish fry one afternoon with five of the larger pike.

Try Sunny Acres Resort and Marina right up in Seeley's Bay. 35-45 minutes from Kingston and they have air-conditioning in some of their "apartments." Fishing is very, very good in Cranberry Lake, Whitefish Lake, Dog Lake, etc.

White Lake, Arnprior area question(s)

Friends and I have been coming to the Rideau chain of lakes for more than 20 years now. We always come over Victoria Day weekend and fish for pike. Lately we have been staying in the Clear Lake area. Just found some info on White Lake in the Arnprior and Renfrew areas. Just wondering if we'd have as...

Seeleys Bay area

Will be bringing my two sons (ages 13 and 9) up to Seeleys Bay area beginning July 24. Wonder if anyone knows of any good holes where they'll catch some nice bass. We fish the Seeleys Bay area, Whitefish Lake and south into Cranberry Lake. Thanks for your help in advance.
