Hello
So I went out with cast and catch charters last Saturday morning out of Picton. My guides name was Steve Dingman great guy and does he ever know walleye fishing. I took my brother-in-law for his birthday. Got to Steves place around 7:45 ot fishng by 8:15. Steve asked if I ever used a husky jerk before and as I casted it out I said yeah all you do is reel and twitch before the third twitch I hammered into a 6.5 walleye before my brother-in-law had his rod in the water. We fished for about 3.5 hours and caught over 16 walleye so we had no problem in getting our limit of eaters and released the rest. Not to brag bought I caught 80% of the fish on the husky jerk. I want to reccomend anyone who is interested in a fun charter with a great guy cast and catch charters to book. He will let you know what the bite is like and has a fish guarantee. So its 200 for 2 guys 4 hour charter and if no fish are caught he only charges half. Also the limit of fish we kept were all cleaned deboned and packaged for us at no extra charge. We also finished up our last time of our charter fishing some perch. We caught some dandys that were consumed that night with some cold brown beverages. If anyone is inyterested his link is here.
Yes he is legal he showed us his plate on the inside of the transom. That was the first thing he mentioned. He also pointed out there is quite a few unregistered boats that are not legal for guided fishing.
He also has been fishing that area since he was eight years old. Check out his website I posted above it tells you what size baot hes running. It was windy that day and we had no problems at all.
Thats right 1 over 25 and 3 under total 4. There was only 2 of us that day which is 8 fish. As for the photo posted with the other two I dont know but Im assuming there was 4 in on that catch.

Not questioning your catches at all Ducker...very nice day for sure but wow I hope there were four guys for that pic with the 2 guys...lol. The boat also looks much bigger in his link than in your pics. I thought you were in a 12 ft tinny
Fishing isn't a matter of life and death....
It's much more important.
great looking catch BUT please becareful by saying 1 over 25 cause if i remember right its really 24.8" which i think is like 24 7/8s/3/4s lol just don't want ta see anyone in trouble at the dock.
again looks like a great outing ta me and thanks for making me hungry lol lol
Nice day and great report boys!
Dont mind Almontfisher attempting to pick apart your report and find a way to hassle you, thats just what he does....in his nice cushy way....and then wonders why people dont post as much here anymore????
Again VERY NICE!!!
