4-wheeler rules at Petrie.

Being stuck with a medical problem that limits my walking distances, what are the legal rules for a 4-wheeler around Petrie. I know that past the culverts it's a city park so no bikes, but what are my options??Where could I park my vehicle with a trailer and go from there???

We have several which park at our place and then head out on the ice with no issues
