Came across this site while trying to find some good hard water to fish in the Ottawa area, the amount of info here is amazing. I couldnt help but sign up, you all know your stuff. Havent Ice fished in years but headed out to Petrie today to make sure my equip was in order and managed to get a lil pike and my 1st walleye in years (also small but a good start ). Heading out again tomorrow with my brother, If your there and see a guy in a blue Jimmy lookin a lil lost say hello heh. Hope get to know yas. Bring on the FISH!!

If not look towards the "Ice Derby at Petrie" for the 19th of Feb, you sure will meet a whack of us then
