Boat launches staying open?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Boat launches staying open?

Post by GingaNinja »

Hello all,

I heard a nasty rumour that we may not be allowed to launch our boats at public launches?

Can anyone add any validity to that rumour or can I sleep easy?
I got 99 problems and what to throw is all of them

According to the Provincial announcement yesterday, all Provincial and Federal Government boat launches are CLOSED.
Also any property within Provincial Parks is off grounds as far as Bank Fishing is concerned.
Guess we'll just have to ride out the weeks. Certain people will try and jump the gun.
I'm surprised RJ. hasn't put up a post on here about closing everything down for the time being.

Best info I've found says Closed until April 15th. Not sure why this matters as we've all been told by all levels of government and Health Canada to STAY HOME unless going for food, perscriptions, doctors visits etc.

Jackasses will ignore it like they are with everything else and we will be lucky to have much of a season at all is my bet.
