Burnstown - Madawaska River Fishing

Wife and I looking at a particular cottage right on the river off Hwy 508 to rent between June 7 to 14.

The cottage is west of Burnstown. Never fished the Madawaska. Could be bringing floattube, sit-on-top kayak, and the 14' aluminum boat.

Wondering who may have fished that particular area and maybe provide me with some pointers for that time of the year?

I havnt fished there in about 5 years but could catch a lot of walleye there jigging a grub.
Of all the liars in the world fishermen are the most trustworthy!
