Anyone know where it's safe to do some ice fishing around the manotick area? and also is the baitshop still open right now and do they have minnows

I don't ice fish in Manotick but I know that the bait shop sells minnows all year round and their winter hours are: Saturday till Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-6pm, I'm sure the bait shop owner could let you know some nearby spots :D

People usually fish below the Long Island Locks or near Osgoode.
