Wasn't there an article somewhere about how they had to restrict fishing out west because of overfishing..

Then following year the fishery grew ten folds out of the blue.. The restrictions where lifted within a year..

No one knows where the fish came from.. :roll:
Climate is changing but we need to face that we humans don't know everything.. Fish are there one minute and gone the next..

Faulty temporary restrictions can be better then the alternative. Look at all our shield lakes close to Toronto that once had thriving walleye populations.
