Got the old tin can out today for the first time of the season.
the plan? to try to find some big pre spawn perch with big guts! that's right, I am a chubby chaser :lol: :lol:
motor fired up second pull and off to the races we were off! felt great to get up on plane and drive the boat again 8)
first cast and bonk the boat was slimed for the first time of the 2014/15 season :D
caught a PILE of fish with some real chunky monkeys in the mix!
all fish were released as they were FULL of worms :ugeek: :shock:

couple "gooder" ones that were thrown in the well to visit for a couple hours

and the two fattest of the day looked like they were going to EXPLODE! :shock: :shock:

Good Haul Chevy.
Guess they weren't from the Ottawa nor the the Larry.
I find Ottawa river perch mainly stunty and wormy, but Larry perch are succulent and a treat like a chubby girl. :)
