Awesome job fellas!
Fishin Mission and I got out for carp over the weekend also.
I hooked 5 and landed 1 on Friday night and F-M landed a beauty Sunday AM.

The #'s are up but the bite isn\t quite as voracious as I'd like. Hopefully this weekend coming it'll improve.
Still nice to see the pedestrian traffic come to a dead stop when you land one lol!

Catfish hitting hard tonight. I took my kids out at 9pm and we barely got a moment rest. Kids had a blast.

Fishing near Britannia, worms, 8 inches off the bottom.

I caught my PB tonight at Arnprior 27" and estimated 9.5 lbs. A big ol' bull with scars on his back.

That is truly a tank... and armored tank! Must have put up one heck of a fight, I love it when they roll over-and-over as you bring them in (although it does play heck with the line).

It was a good fight! The drag on it was locked because earlier that evening I was working my self out of a snag so my medium rod (my backup) was bouncing and doubling over in the rod holder.

I had to loosen the drag on the fly while trying to keep pressure on the fish. With the drag loosened I let the fish take some drag and played it until it wore it self out. Then I brought it in like a lamb.

It kept trying to get under/behind some concrete pads and I was worried it would snap the line on one of them.

Caught My first channel today out of a tributary didn't manage to snap a pic unfortunately. Caught it within the first five minutes of fishing then didnt get any more takes for the rest of the hour. Just thought I'd let you guys know their starting to bite!!
