Wife and I enjoying this long weekend shopping but I brought my Tenkara rods with me just in case. Was at the village's ORVIS outlet store yesterday for two fishing licenses, but told Fishing season had just recently come to an end. Too bad beautiful river. Told there is brown trouts in it.

The place is going to be like a Black Friday shopping situation. Imagine if you wanted to get a bunch of coupons for great rebate, you need to show-up for 8:00 am at a pre-designated store. Get this, first 2,000 people get the coupon package, for the rest (I'm told a few more thousands, they are out of luck).

In the 2 coach buses that we came in, two men only me and Richard.

Oh well, whatever makes the wife happy.

My wife and I were there last weekend. What a beautiful drive there. Hopefully you got a chance to go to the top of Mt. Washington. The best part about the shopping is .....NO TAX!!! Was great for my side trip up the road to the Camping World store. :D

No did not get up to Mount Washington. Did talk to people from New Brunswick that drove down to North Conway, who drove up the mountain. They said it was very cold up there, and were lucky enough for the clouds to open and have the sunshine coming out for a while.

What's that Camping World store?

We took the cog train up. It was nice and mild at the bottom, but at the top there was that pesky cloud hovering over the peak. And it was pretty chilly up there. Camping World is a RV store. We have a trailer permanently parked. So I was looking for some accessories that just cost too much up here. It is not a big place, but it had the things I was looking for.

So you took the choo-choo. How long does it take by that mean of transportation?

Is it confortable, seating wise?

Must of been scary at some places going- up?
