Ottawa river tank

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

no arguing with your analogy there...definite TANK with capital letters! Congrats on a fine fish 8) :D !

Any more details on the fight, landing, or release you want to share? I'm sure you were pumped...to say the least!

tight lines,

Tank

We were lucky as black ice allowed us to see the fish running under the clam with numerous line peels and a trip around my other line just to add a little fun.The only thing better than catching this big girl was releasing her to make more walleye for us to enjoy.

WOW. I would have also accepted (all in capital letters):

BEAST
PIG
MONSTER

TANK IS CORRECT

Post by Big Jim »

Brucie...old buddy old pal...TANK IS CORRECT...and I see that although you need your glasses thickened up...you aren't fibbing on this one... :D 8)

We'll call it "THEE TANK" from now on ...looks good on you man and I commend you for not ending this breeding machines days in hot peanut oil and Fish Crisp...would have taken 3 or 4 boxes for that puppy...

A FRIEND

PS...since you stand 6'5" and tip the scale at a mere 298    ...that fish still looks big
