Day of the little lakers

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeutiful!!!

I really like that golden belly on the Booyah sized laker!!

Well done. Great plan well executed.

There is one lake close by I'd like to hit right after ice out.

Thanks for the comments everyone. This one was a thrill for sure!! The 30 seconds of the fight keeps replaying over & over in my mind.

While I have caught bigger LT behind the rigger, in my opinion hardwater is much more enjoyable. More interactive, feeling the hit & the pounding on a little ice rod!

Great Fish.

CONG on the PB.....

And I agree, the thrill of a bull-dogging, head-shaking laker on a small ice rod is awesome.

Awesome!!!

Very nice fish(es)!

Not sure how many people felt bad for you after you said "4 fish in an hour'... :)

But I definitely enjoyed the way you wrote your report. 10 ft... jig jig jig. 20 ft jig jig jig. lol. It's like I was there.
