Ice Fishing Spots
Hello everyone, where can a guy with his son go and kick back and catch a few perch to kill a few hours in the morning or afternoon? I live in Osgoode and am new to ice fishing but don't know too many spots...any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Fishing Question
pretty much anything teenie tiny (jig head, spoon, jiggin rap) tipped with gulp waxies should do the trick.doublecluck wrote:Any suggestions for bait?
I got 99 problems but a fish ain't one...
Doublecluck, you also have a nice access point just south of Osgoode Main on River road; there is a real shanty town on the ice - you can't miss it. That area would be better for walleye than perch though.
You might want to check out the Osgoode Fish Game and Conservation Club; membership gets you free access to a ice hut with wood stove . Send me a PM if you are interested or want info on the club.
