Still on the fence on buying a Flasher?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Still on the fence on buying a Flasher?

Post by RJ »

Hey fellas,

Still unsure about how a flasher unit can change the way you ice fish?

If you are curious to see one in action I'm holding two Vexilar Demo days on the ice and will have a few units there for you to play with.

Swing by and try one out or if you have one and want to learn a few more tricks to using it bring yours along!

If it's super cold I'll have a shelter set up this coming Saturday and I will likely have our hardtop ice shack on the ice by the time the Lower Rideau one rolls around.

The first 10 folks at each demo day will receive a little something to go home with.....

What a great idea RJ!

I already have mine but would love to take a look at how the "PRO" uses it and what other models I may be interested in the future!

I'll be there this weekend no doubt!

See you there!

Hope to see ya's there!

My 2011 units still not here, but they say within the next week they should be. This weekend I will be at a mega show in the States spending LOTS of money. There'll be lots of new stuff to see (as well as the Vex's) by the end of the month.

Vexilars are a must!

If you don't have one...you are missing out on alot of fish that you could of easily caught. Or you can see where you are wasting your time and need to find a new hole.

Its like summer fishing out of your bass boat without an electric motor on the front. Once you have one...you will never go without!

We are down to only 5 FL-20's left in stock here in Belleville.

good Luck fishing, stay safe

A big thanks to RJ for the demo this morning I think. I say I think because 5 minutes with the machine sold me on it and I am off to Bennets in the moring to get one. By the way RJ I mentioned the birthday thing to the girlfriend and she is putting up $500 towards the cost. I guess she wasn't that pee pee after all. Had a great morning with the boys on Crappie Bay and thanks again RJ.

yeah I was here too.
The funny part is that I fished for 15 minutes and got nothing, and then RJ took the rod and got a fish 1 minute after that.
Vex are definitely awesome but sometimes it can be frustrating to see lots of fish right beside the bait and get no bite.

Anyways thanks a lot for that demo, that was nice to finally meet few guys from this forum.
And also I hooked my fish "iced" fish ever ! :P
