Muskrat Launching Options

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Muskrat Launching Options

Post by Seabass81 »

I usualy launch out of Cobden but was curious if there was a launch further down the road. I know we access the ice at the end of waterview and looks like there might even be a launch there. Can anybody confirm this? It will save us alot of time since we will be in a smaller boat

There is a gravel launch that is good for a tinny at the opposite end of the lake in the Muskrat River. The turnoff is on your left just before Indian Road.

If you're going to use the snake river launch by the railway tracks at the west end of the lake, stay to the centre up the creek and check your prop lots for weeds!!!
Fishing is a heritage we need to teach. Take a kid fishing! And take me too while you're at it.
