Day 1 Renegade Classic

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

how can Izumi's big fish be only 5.15? 5.15 x 4 = 20.6. Is it a typo and they weighed in 5?

RJ and I have had a small wager on this one. I'm also wondering about my team only weighing 4 fish......surely to god, there musta been a 1lber kickin' around the launch or something.
If Winnipeg gets a hockey team, Toronto will want one too.....

It's because it's 5lbs 15 oz and not a 5.15. Just one ounce shy of 6 lbs.

so 5lbs 15oz x 4 equals 24lbs 12 oz

It is 5.15 lbs not 5lbs 15oz, it must be a typo on the 4 fish. Regardless, there are some impressive weights there.

Sean
Can you help me with my tax refund?
5lbs 15oz x 4 doesn't equal 24lbs 12 oz, it = 23lbs 12 oz.

I agree with Yan, the weight is 5.15lbs, and there is an issue with the 4/4 fish. Bob & Darren would have brought 5 fish back for sure.

Cheers

That's probably what they thought when they brought in 2.8lbs on day 1 at the CSFL Bassmania Classic last weekend...

Difference being, this time they had access to Lake O. Lucky for them and others who made the run that weather was in their favor.....with the winds we had last week nobody would have been making the long run. Could be a wet ride getting back for the weigh-in today.

Presently 46k winds with even higher gusts out on the big pond today. We will see if any one fishing big water can get to their fish and back before the cut-off time.
Makes it more interesting on big water as anglers have to have many weather based plans with gas and time calculations on big runs.

Good luck to all the classic anglers...
