Little muskie

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Little muskie

Post by muskymatt »

Ok so it could have been a snack for Richards monster...

It did hit like it thought it was as big though.

Man wind sucks...I'd rather fish in a snowstorm or monsoon rains than wind....3-4 footers out there yesterday turned my all day ouoting into getting off by 1pm  ....did I mention I hate wind  :x

Does anyone have any tips for posting a video?

Get a Youtube account. Upload your video. You will be redirected to a page with code that you can cut and paste into a post when you upload the video.

With YouTube, there will be a button that says "Embed".

Image

When you press that, a bunch of code gets puked out in a drop down window.

Image

Copy the whole thing... then paste it directly into a post.

Image

YouTube code is littered with unnecessary stuff. Prune it so the post looks nicer. Delete everything before <Embed

Image

And delete everything after the last </embed> like this:

Image

Wat should be left is a little code that looks something like this:

Image

*Hint*
Press the "Preview" button at the bottom of the post before pressing "Submit". Here is the preview of my example video:

Image

Now don't go looking for any significance with the video that is used for the example... it was on the front page of YouTube!

Hope it helps!

CPrince, I thought embedding YT videos was your secret technique. Good that you decided to share :-)

And what a choice for the example video!

Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--

Nice healthy fish Matt :)
You sure did better than me this morning - yes wind sucks
specially if they forecast 10km/h and it's actually 30km/h :)

As I've always said, one musky is a good day, more than that is a great day, no matter what size it is. Size doesn't matter don't ya know? :D

MM,

maybe it's not a monster, but all muskies provide a thrill.
